I stayed at Bugday Hotel for three nights while visiting the city. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was prompt and respectful, exceeding our expectations. The parking lot was secure, with a guard and cameras. The location was convenient, close to the city center and attractions. a modern hotel with excellent service and facilities.

I stayed at Bugday for a short trip and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite some language barriers. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and the hotel's location was convenient for accessing public transportation.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Fairly clean hotel, services were good and location was particularly good by subway. Location: the venue was close to bus station and train transport, Turkey and the restaurant. We visited Gun Pide Gun Doner, based around 4-6 minutes walk from the hotel.

Comfortable and stunningly beautiful hotel that has amiable staff at the reception desk. The rooms are unique and extremely spacious and have excellent view of the castle. Outdoor restaurant has cheap food choices.

The staff were helpful and accommodating, even arranging an early check-in for us.
